Mert TURK

Mert Türk is a founding partner of TNC Law & Consultancy. His practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial law, commercial contracts, employment law, data protection and privacy, dispute resolution, enforcement and debt recovery, and the ongoing legal advisory needs of businesses.

He advises companies on both day-to-day legal matters and broader legal issues arising from their commercial activities. His practice places particular emphasis on identifying legal risks at an early stage, establishing sound legal structures and developing practical solutions that take into account both the legal framework and the commercial realities of each matter.

In dispute resolution, he represents individuals and businesses before courts and enforcement authorities and provides strategic legal guidance throughout litigation and enforcement proceedings.

His professional approach is centred on preventive legal counsel, clear communication and the development of long-term relationships with clients based on trust and a thorough understanding of their businesses and objectives.

Alongside his legal practice, Mert is actively involved in civil society, legal awareness and professional development initiatives. He considers the social dimension of the legal profession an important part of legal practice and contributes to projects aimed at strengthening engagement between legal professionals, young people and civil society.

Mert Türk serves as Head of the Legal Affairs Unit of the Youth Assembly at the Bursa Osmangazi City Council, contributing to initiatives focused on legal awareness, youth participation and engagement with civil society.

He is also involved with the Bilecik Residents Association, supporting community engagement and civil society cooperation.

Within TNC Law & Consultancy, he contributes to the development of institutional projects, legal publications and educational initiatives aimed at making legal knowledge more accessible and supporting the professional development of law students and young legal professionals.

His broader professional interests include the relationship between law and business, preventive legal practice, corporate development, legal education and the role of legal professionals in civil society.
