Metehan INCE

Metehan Ince is a founding partner of TNC Law & Consultancy. His practice encompasses dispute resolution and litigation, criminal law, real estate law, employment law, enforcement proceedings and a broad range of private law matters.

He represents individuals and businesses before courts, enforcement authorities and administrative bodies, providing legal counsel throughout both contentious and non-contentious proceedings. His practice is focused on assessing each matter within its particular legal and factual circumstances and developing effective strategies tailored to the needs of his clients.

Alongside dispute resolution, he advises clients on legal matters arising from commercial relationships, employment, property and contractual arrangements, combining litigation experience with a practical and solution-oriented approach.

His professional approach is founded on direct communication, careful case management and the protection of his clients’ rights and interests throughout every stage of the legal process.

Beyond his legal practice, Metehan is actively involved in civil society and local community initiatives, reflecting his interest in public affairs, civic participation and community engagement.

Since 2026, Metehan İnce has served as District Chair of the İYİ Party in Mustafakemalpaşa, undertaking responsibilities in local political organisation and public engagement.

He is also a member of the Mustafakemalpaşa Residents Association, through which he maintains an active connection with local civil society and community initiatives.

Alongside his professional and civic activities, he contributes to the institutional development of TNC Law & Consultancy and to initiatives aimed at strengthening the firm's engagement with the legal profession and wider community.
